Important Notice from the Lunch Secretaries
(Derek Campbell and Allan de Turberville)

Members are reminded that the cost of Probus lunches is a direct cash payment between members and the caterers and that these transactions are not part of the formal Probus accounts. Any shortfall on the day of the lunch as a consequence of the non-attendance of any booked members has to be paid for by your Lunch Secretary from his own pocket. Consequently, reimbursement cheques must be made payable to your Lunch Secretary by name, and not to Probus.

Applications for Membership
(Roger Hill)

Completed membership applications should be sent to the Membership Secretary (Roger Hill) when they are available. They will be considered by the Admissions Sub-Committee and confirmed by the full Committee at its next available meeting.

Application forms and copies of a leaflet for prospective members are available from either of the Lunch Secretaries (Allan de Turberville or Derek Campbell), from the Membership Secretary or they may be downloaded here (pdf file).
