Our September speaker is The Rev. Nicholas Henderson whose talk is entitled “Russia, an exploration through history and culture”.

This is part one of a concise history of Russia starting at the 9^th century to the Tsarist regimes that started in the 16th century. Russia’s history has been one of tumult, conquest, autocracy, and enlightenment, forged over the centuries in the blood and suffering of the masses into a great and unpredictable power that impinges on the world to this day. Nicholas gives an insight into an otherwise mysterious world and empire.
